1. Copyright notice
© Naqsh Digital Invites. All original invitation templates, source code, animations, interactive components and design systems are protected intellectual property. Reproduction, extraction, redistribution, commercial adaptation, resale, cloning, or use in competing products or services without prior written authorisation is prohibited, subject to applicable law.
Naqsh Digital owns or lawfully licenses the relevant intellectual property used in its services. No statement on this page claims a registration, certificate or legal right that does not exist, and no copyright registration is represented or implied.
2. Materials covered
Depending on the invitation or demo, original Naqsh materials may include:
- interactive invitation templates and their particular implementation;
- original layouts, compositions and design systems;
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other original software components;
- animations, transitions, interaction logic and interactive behaviours;
- original artwork, UI elements and proprietary creative assets;
- original written content; and
- the selection, arrangement and implementation of these elements as a template or completed experience.
3. What this notice does not claim
Copyright protects original expression and implementation, not broad ideas, facts, methods or generic concepts. Naqsh does not claim exclusive ownership of digital invitations generally, scratch-card interactions generally, countdown timers generally, RSVP systems generally or other commonplace website features.
Naqsh also does not claim ownership of customer-supplied photographs or text, licensed fonts, open-source or third-party libraries, stock materials, music, maps, platform services or other third-party content. Those materials remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners.
4. Public demos do not grant a licence
Naqsh publishes demos so potential customers can view and evaluate invitation themes. Viewing, linking to or sharing a public demo does not grant a licence to copy, extract, adapt or reuse its protected materials.
Browser accessibility does not place source files in the public domain. Access through View Source, developer tools, browser caches, network tools or automated requests does not grant permission to reuse the code or assets. Technical access and legal authorisation are different things.
Removing a Naqsh Digital credit, copyright notice, ownership identifier, embedded mark or proprietary reference does not grant ownership. Modifying copied files does not automatically cure an unauthorised use.
5. Prohibited uses
Unless Naqsh gives prior written permission, and except where applicable law permits an act that cannot lawfully be restricted, you may not:
- copy, clone, scrape, extract, download for reuse, reproduce or republish protected Naqsh materials;
- reverse engineer, decompile or reconstruct protected implementation where such restriction is legally permitted;
- redistribute, sublicense, resell or commercially exploit a template, source file, design or component;
- modify protected materials for resale or create derivative commercial templates;
- use Naqsh code, designs or template implementations as the foundation of another digital-invitation service, competing product or business; or
- remove or alter copyright notices, credits, attribution, ownership identifiers, embedded marks or proprietary references.
Changing colours, images, names, filenames, class names, text, variable names, decorative elements or minor code portions does not by itself make a substantially copied work original or transfer ownership.
6. Customer and guest use
A paying customer receives the limited licence described in the Terms of Service to use the completed personalised invitation for the event for which it was made. Customers and guests may share that completed invitation normally through WhatsApp, social media, email, messaging services and links.
This notice is not intended to interfere with genuine invitation sharing, viewing, accessibility tools, ordinary browser caching or reasonable personal archival screenshots. It addresses extraction and reuse of the underlying protected materials and unauthorised commercial or competing uses.
7. Permission and reporting concerns
To request written permission for a use outside the customer licence, or to report a suspected unauthorised use, email contact.naqshdigital@gmail.com. Identify the material, the intended or reported use and the relevant URL. Do not send passwords or unrelated personal information.
Permission is granted only when confirmed in writing by Naqsh and may be subject to stated limits. Silence, access to files or removal of a credit is not permission.
8. Enforcement
Where Naqsh reasonably believes protected material is being infringed, it may, where legally appropriate, preserve technical and documentary evidence; contact the person responsible, hosting providers, domain registrars, social-media platforms or infrastructure and CDN providers; submit copyright or infringement complaints; seek takedown or removal; and pursue injunctions, damages, accounts of profits or other remedies available under applicable law.
The appropriate response depends on the facts, applicable rights, lawful exceptions and the procedures of the relevant court, authority or platform. No particular enforcement result is guaranteed.
